1. How do I do register a sarawak id account?

Before register, please ensure you have a valid email address, and you remember the password to the email. This is important as the email address will be use for operation such as, password reset and important notifications. After that, please find the Register button on Sarawak ID and follow the steps-by-steps process. Please use your full name and MyKad number, as per your MyKad, during the registration, or risk being labelled as invalid account.

2. Why do I need to register Sarawak ID?

Sarawak ID enables you to access the online digital services provided by the Sarawak Government as well as participating services via a single ID.

3. I cannot proceed with Sarawak ID registration, because it say my MyKad number already been used.

Beforehand, try to remember did you register on Sarawak ID already. If you have not register an account before, than probably your full name and MyKad number has been used by other. Please proceed to report the problem to us at [[talikhidmat url here]].

4. How do I recover my Sarawak ID and password if I have forgotten it?

If you have forgotten your Sarawak ID, please go to the login page[login page url] and click Forgot Sarawak ID. After that, you need to key in your MyKad number for MyKad user or Passport number for non-MyKad user and email associated with your registered account. The system will send you a verification email to the email associated with your account. Next, you need to click the verification link and the system will automatically send you the Sarawak ID information. If you have forgotten your registered email or passport, please proceed to report the problem to us at [[talikhidmat url here]].

If you have forgotten your password, please go to the login page[login page url] and click Forgot Password. After that, you need to key in your MyKad number for MyKad user or Passport number for non-MyKad user and email associated with your registered account. Please go to the login page[login page url] and choose login using Sarawak ID. After that, you can key in your MyKad number/login ID/email and password associated with your [[public ldap apps]] account and click login. The system will redirect you to a page where your data from the [[public ldap apps]] account will be populated. Please continue from that page and your [[public ldap apps]] account will be linked with your current Sarawak ID account.

7. I have forgotten password for eBooking and Sarawak Pay, I cannot proceed to Sarawak ID registration.
